We are seeking diligent, coachable, and determined financial services professionals with 3–4 years of experience at major investment banks, accounting firms, or ESOP consultancies.
This is a leadership role for rising professionals. Associates supervise analysts and work directly with managing directors on 25–30 ESOP investment banking engagements per year. Deal teams perform extensive financial analysis and modeling to develop projections, structure transactions, and assess credit capacity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage ESOP transaction and financing processes
- Participate actively in deal structuring and valuation analysis
- Lead transaction-related due diligence and manage document flow
- Oversee client presentations and transaction memorandum drafting
- Support senior bankers across all aspects of transactions
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Mentor and coach analysts
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of investment banking, accounting, or related experience
- 1–2 years of direct ESOP experience
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with M&A, LBOs, and advanced finance/accounting concepts
- Strong financial modeling and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Immediate availability
