This content development and management role will support CSG's established employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) thought leadership efforts. We're looking for a creator and a connector—someone who can expand our library of educational content while helping extend its reach through new distribution channels.
This is not a “start-from-zero” opportunity. You’ll build on CSG’s strong online and COI presence. If you’re finance-fluent and can produce clear, impactful written content—with video and other digital formats as a plus—we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and production of educational and promotional content, with a primary focus on written materials (articles, white papers, email, social, etc.)
- Support the development of complementary formats, including video and presentations
- Secure virtual and live presentation opportunities
- Manage and expand CSG’s library of branded materials (one-sheets, presentations, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial content development or marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible content
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with relevant marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, genAI tools, advertising platforms, video editing, etc.)
