This content development and management role will support CSG's extensive employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) thought leadership efforts. We're looking for a creator and a connector - someone who can both expand on our library of educational media and cultivate new distribution channels. This is not a "start-from-zero" opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and production of educational and promotional content. (articles, video, social media, email, interactive presentations, etc.).
- Secure virtual and live presentation opportunities.
- Manage and optimize sponsorships and partnerships.
- Analyze website and social media data, report on key trends, and make tactical recommendations.
- Manage and expand CSG's library of branded materials (one-sheets, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications (Hubspot, genAI, advertising platforms, etc.).
